This is a simple setup to have your phone with you while on your stationary bike to nowhere.  Works perfectly on your Peloton Bike or Concept2 BikeErg and other indoor bikes!  Doesn’t include Phone Grip.  Choose your Phone Grip color, style and size separately.  Includes 2 each of  3.5″ x 1″ adhesive strip, and one 3.5″ x 1″ “sew-on” hook (non-adhesive), and one 3.5″x 1″ adhesive hook (if you don’t have a LAZY-HANDS Grip) to adhere on your phone.  Some equipment finishes will not allow adhesive to adhere.  Before ordering, do a self-check with a piece of tape; if the tape sticks to the finish, then the acrylic adhesive will adhere.  Directions:  Adhere “loop” adhesive strip to bike or fitness equipment.  Use adhesive “hook” on back of phone or use “sew-on hook” to loop through LAZY-HANDS Grip loop and “velcro” to adhesive loop strip installed on equipment.  There are many options.  Be sure that at least 1 inch of hook and loop pieces are attached to each other for best protection of your phone.
